The Certification Path
Five sequential levels lead to the HSS Diploma. The modules are taken directly from the academy program and optimized for teachers.
Foundations of Humanistic Pedagogy
Introduction to the core values: dignity, compassion, self-determination, and holistic learning. Theoretical foundations according to Confucius, Montessori, Steiner, and Amonashvili.
Working with Children – Practice & Psychology
Deepening knowledge of developmental psychology, nonviolent communication, and creating a safe, loving learning environment. Special focus on respectful interaction with children.
Didactics & Methodology of Humanistic Education
Practical teaching methods, learning space design, project work, and individual support. Application of humanistic values in daily school life.
Advanced Course: Values & Community
Building a humanistic school community, parent collaboration, intercultural competence, and teaching universal human values to children.
Final Course & Certification – Georgia
The final course takes place at the Humanistic Academy in Georgia. Examination, final project, and ceremonial certificate presentation. The diploma from the Humanistic School Switzerland confirms competence in the humanistic education standard.

HSS Diploma
The HSS Diploma is issued upon successful completion of all five modules. It confirms the acquired competence in humanistic pedagogy.

One week at the Humanistic Academy in Georgia – exam, final project, and certificate ceremony.
Certificate & Network
Receipt of the diploma from the Humanistic School Switzerland and admission to the community of humanistic educators.
