Respecting the Sensory World
Autistic children often experience sounds, light, touch, and smells much more intensely. What is normal for us can be overwhelming for them. Ask: 'Is it too loud / too bright for you right now?' – and take their answer seriously.
Communication is More Than Words
Many autistic children communicate differently – through pictures, gestures, writing, or behavior. Observe how the child expresses themselves and meet them on their path, instead of expecting them to adapt.
Predictability Creates Security
Routines and clear structures are not a luxury – they are security. Announce changes early, explain what comes next, and consistently keep promises.
Meltdowns are Not Manipulation
A meltdown is not a tantrum or defiance – it is a state of total overwhelm. Stay calm, reduce stimuli, give space. Afterwards – not during – communication can happen.

We are looking for a specialist with expertise in the autism spectrum who accompanies parents and caregivers with heart and competence. Strengths-based, dignified, practical.

Kursablauf – Schritt für Schritt
Unsere Kurse folgen einem bewährten Ablauf, der Theorie, Praxis und persönliche Begleitung verbindet. Jede Einheit dauert ca. 90 Minuten.
Anmeldung & Einführung
Nach Ihrer Anmeldung erhalten Sie Zugang zur Kursplattform und ein Willkommenspaket mit Lernmaterialien. In der ersten Einheit stellen wir uns vor und klären Ihre persönlichen Lernziele.
Theorie & Grundlagen
Jede Kurseinheit beginnt mit einem kurzen Theorieblock (20–30 Min.), der die humanistischen Grundprinzipien mit aktueller Forschung verbindet. Alle Materialien stehen als PDF und Audio zur Verfügung.
Praxis & Übungen
Der Hauptteil jeder Einheit besteht aus praktischen Übungen, Rollenspielen und Reflexionsaufgaben. Sie lernen nicht nur – Sie erleben und üben direkt in Ihrem Alltag.
Austausch & Begleitung
In kleinen Gruppen (max. 12 Personen) tauschen Sie sich mit anderen Teilnehmenden aus. Unsere Kursleiterinnen begleiten Sie persönlich und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.
Reflexion & Integration
Am Ende jeder Einheit reflektieren Sie Ihre Lernerfahrungen und entwickeln konkrete Handlungsschritte für Ihren Alltag. Ein Lernjournal begleitet Sie durch den gesamten Kurs.
Abschluss & Zertifikat
Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss erhalten Sie ein Teilnahmezertifikat der Humanistischen Schule Schweiz. Zertifikatskurse beinhalten zusätzlich eine schriftliche Abschlussarbeit.
